- MOTTO 1 DOT 3 brake fluid is a polyethylene glycol-based fluid. It is designed to withstand very low temperatures without thickening and very high temperatures without boiling. The typical boiling point of DOT 3 brake fluid is around 250° C. This brake fluid is developed for use in disc, drum, and hydraulic brake systems of cars and trucks requiring a synthetic brake fluid of performance level DOT 3. The corrosion inhibitors used ensure protection against corrosion of metal surfaces in brake systems.

- to be used only in concentrated form and from a previously unopened or well-sealed container;
- always close the container immediately after use, as the fluid absorbs moisture from the atmosphere quite quickly, which will significantly reduce its service life;
- never reuse drained brake fluid;
- brake fluid can affect car paint, so remove spills immediately without rubbing;
- brake fluid should be drained from the vehicle every two years or 40,000 km (24,000 miles) and replaced.
