3M 983-71 reflective tape is a self-adhesive yellow highly reflective tape with high photometric power. It provides increased visibility day and night. It is easy to apply to trucks, trailers, and large vehicles to improve visibility and detection distance. With aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive for application to clean, dry, non-corroded, weather-resistant surfaces.
- Application and features of 3M reflective tape:
- Not recommended for application on rusted or corroded metal,
- Easy to apply and remove, resistant to delamination, discoloration, peeling, and other damage. Retains its properties for up to 8 years, even under adverse environmental conditions.
- Area of application: trucks, buses, caravans/mobile homes, fire and rescue services, tankers, trailers.
- Temperature range of the substrate and environment during application: from 10°C to 30°C.
- Has the mandatory E-mark and meets all requirements of ECE Regulation 104.
